Terrain: Taxes

With the Terrain: Taxes expansion, players can now place villages on the map, and these villages accrue wealth as more tiles are added to the map. Additionally, each player has a tax collector who may be sent to a village to tax the coins on it, with each coin being worth 1 victory point at game's end.
