King of Tokyo/King of New York: Draccus (promo character)

King of Tokyo: Draccus is a promo character that can be used in either King of Tokyo or King of New York. Draccus comes from Patrick Rothfuss's novel The Name of the Wind, and all funds raised from the sale of King of Tokyo: Draccus go toward Rothfuss's charity Worldbuilders, which donates to Heifer International.
