Board Game
Minirail
By Julian Anstey · Art by Julian Anstey
A network building game for 2 to 4 players. Each card depicts a black and/or a white railway line and possibly a station. Players try to build the highest scoring pair of railway lines, gaining points for longer lines, more stations and closed loops. Each player is dealt 12 cards and divides them into groups of 3 or 4, depending on the number of players. Everyone then selects groups of cards from each other player, until all players have a new set of 12 cards. Finally, each player tries to lay out their cards to form a black railway line and a white railway line. The player with the highest total score from their pair of lines wins.
