College Liberal Setup Shuffle memes together and deal each player 5 cards face down. Gameplay Each turn is composed of 4 parts done simultaneously by all players: 1) Draw a card from the deck. 2) Choose and place 1 card from your hand face down in front of you. 3) Everyone reveals their card and drafts it, adding it to their side and using abilities when appropriate. 4) Remaining cards in each player’s hand are passed to the player to the left. As you collect cards with the same name, keep them together. This is called a stack. A stack gives you victory points (VP) at the end of the game based on how many cards are in that stack. The game ends when the last card is drawn from the deck. Each player gets to draft one final card and then tallies up their total points from all of their stacks. Whoever has the most points wins! In the event of a tie, whoever has the most memes wins.
