Board Game
Blackout Tic Tac Toe
By Larry Day
Nine tiles with X's and O's on the faces are placed in a square. A player flips them to his sign in accordance with numbers or jokers, turned from a deck. Continue until a number already flipped shows. Score for three in a row. Flipping all squares to the same symbol scores big. Essentially copied from Sid Sackson's "Gamut of Games", 2nd edition, page 218 (Dover version). Not quite enough detail to recreate the game.
