The world is flooding, and it is your job to build the biggest, happiest, most populous fleet for humanity to survive on. Players roll and draft dice to gain the resources they need to build various types of ships to add to their fleet, and to fend off regularly occurring storms. Players score points by building ships, upgrading ships, increasing population, and having high morale.
