Tipped Tacs

From the Crosstown Games website: Tipped Tacs is a game of tic-tac-toe using die faces as the instrument of victory. The die are not placed individually on the grid as in normal tic-tac-toe, but 'tipped' based on strategy. A die has only one valid direction to tip each turn, so deciding which die to tip and when… that is the key to master.
