This wargame is about hypothetical first confrontations between Spanish and Moroccan forces fighting for the control of Ceuta city. This conflict would be in the 90's. Map size is A3, with Ceuta city and the surrounding area (small Moroccan villages). Counters are battalion. There is one counter sheet with 96 counters. Originally published in Alea Magazine nº1 (Spanish rules), then in "Journal Du Stratège" French magazine (French rules).
