Boom Bokken: "Kaboom" and "Jump" promo cards

Those promo cards are special goodies to Cannes 2015. The "Kaboom" card can be played only when a player must play a card. He indicates a player, and the bomb explodes immediatly. The "Jump" card can be played only when a player must play a card. He chooses his right or left neighboor, who must play instead.
