Each player has 2 aircraft carriers, 5 dive bomber squadrons, a battleship, 5 heavy cruisers, 2 light cruisers, 2 submarines, 4 destroyers, 2 mine sweepers, 2 mine layers, and 2 construction battalion game pieces. A player achieves victory by destroying his opponent's 3 ship yards or eliminating his opponent's aircraft carriers, heavy cruiser, and battleship.
