Sherlock Holmes: The Card Game – Designer Edition

You are the detective. Play your cards. Solve the crime. Sherlock Holmes: The Card Game was originally published in Europe and sold out very quickly. Now, for the first time, this classic game will be printed and available in North America. Excalibre Games is proud to release a Designer edition of this game with the highest quality components and enhanced artwork. Included are two decks of linen cards. Rules are in full 4-color and printed on thick gloss stock. The score pad is also on gloss stock. The box is specially UV coated both top and bottom. This Designer edition contains new cards with capabilities not found in the original game, yielding very different game play from the earlier edition. In addition, there are also promotional cards which are available separately. Overview 3-8 players play detectives trying to arrest a villain. Secretly, one of the players is the villain, and the other players must try to deduce who it is and play an Arrest card to catch them. The villain's goal is to use all of their cards, and then discard their Villain card to escape. Players earn points for either making and arrest, or escaping as the Villain.
