"The game that throws strategy to the wind" You all work for a construction company that builds trailer parks -sorry, "Luxury Manufactured Housing Gated Communities" in Tornado Alley. Construction picks up as the wind dies down. It's a race to cooperatively, yet strategically, build trailer parks to a minimum required size, get the gates installed and get the Construction Invoice in-hand, before a surprise tornado rips thru and erases all your hard work. Tornado's range from F1 to F5, with appropriate varied damage. Tornadoes not only affect the trailer parks, but they can also force players to move positions at the table, make them trade hands, or even Invoices, with other players! You'll never know what's coming down the line regarding tornadoes. During Set-up, you randomly and secretly select tornadoes to remove, and as you cycle thru the draw deck, you randomly and secretly remove additional tornadoes, so the tempo builds, the tension grows, and the game comes to a quick victory.
