Council of Verona: Zombie Romeo and Juliet is a pair of alternate art cards of the star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet — now with faces rotting, yet eyes still dewy with shared love — that can be swapped into the Council of Verona card game in place of the original cards. Gameplay remains the same whether the protagonists are living or undead.
