Board Game
Downtown
By Florian Racky · Art by Thomas Hartmann
In Downtown, the players are gangster bosses and must recruit gangsters, get information about jobs from the stooges, then send their gangsters out to rob. The loot has to be sold to fences or, if the loot is money, the money has to be washed "clean" by a money launderer. The first player to possess 100,000 "clean" dollars wins the game. There is no fixed order in which the players take their turn. Through his actions, the current player always chooses the next player. When it is your turn, you should always try to choose a player who will probably then choose you again because the more often a player comes to turn, the better the chances for him to win the game. Wise foresight into the plans of the other players will help to make you the winner. As a two-player game, Downtown works differently. BEST WITH 4 PLAYERS!!!
