Issue game of Wargame Japanese History #16. Game covering Aizu campaign of the Boshin War (1868) - (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Aizu). With popular TV series “Yae no Sakura” in Japan, Aizu campaign has become much familiar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yae_no_Sakura). This game uses card-driven mechanics and includes many related events. It is played in 12 turns and victory is basically determined by control of important areas. The game is usually determined by the final battle at Aizu-Wakamatsu area.
