Board Game
Bärenschlau
By Michael Feldkötter · Art by Christian Smit
The game consists of 16 bears in four colors and of cards numbered 1 to 9 in the same colors. Each player holds two cards. The active player draws a third card and has two possibilities: - either discard two cards which add up to ten: for that, s/he can take a bear in one of the involved colors - or s/he plays one card on the table, next to the bears in that color. If the sum of all cards there is ten, the player can take a bear; if it exceeds ten, the last card is discarded. The first player to collect bears of all four colors is the winner.
