Legend of Nara: Battle Bugs

Legend of Nara: Battle Bugs was a line of electronic action figures based on insects inhabiting a ecologically ravaged planet and battling over energy sources. The game itself pits the mechanical insects in an arena and are guided by a tether attached to the backside of each bug. The objective is to force the opponent out of the arena. There was also sold a separate racing track set where the bugs could be let loose to careen around the track. Each unit comes with a core similar to a "nano bug" and an interchangeable insect costume. The shapes and weights of the costumes and cores could have an effect on each bugs speed and maneuverability. Battle bugs were sold individually, in two bug packs and the racing arena track sold separately. Product also included an MMO and a transforming action figure set.
