Dobbeljoker

Try to score as many points as you can using a d4 and a d10 on a grid showing a cell for every card in a normal deck, 4 columns for the symbols, rows for the denominations. Score 3 points for collecting three columns and 10 points for collecting all four of a certain denomination. Connect series vertically and score bonus points. Whoever has the most points after 20 turns wins. Released as Spel!enkaart #0010 by dutch gaming club Ducosim. Described also in the book 'Dobbelen!' by Leo van der Heijdt (Terra, Arnhem).
