Patton's Lorraine Campaign

By Lou Coatney · Art by Lou Coatney, Robert Scott Coatney

A primarily 2-player hex and counter game about Patton's September-December 1944 attempt to blast through the French Lorraine and get across the Siegfriend Line. The possibility of Patton not having his supplies cut in October and getting the go-ahead to continue his September advance is a 33% playing option. (Battalion to) regiment to division level. Weekly game-turns. 4.5 miles per hex. 115 units and pieces. Features include Morning and Afternoon movement and attacks, deadly U.S. fighterbombers, inclement weather (like Morning Fog), special anti-tank tank destroyer battalion rules and movement, special armored cavalry group movement and combat abilities, German forest superiority, and (with time) French fort restoration. I have licensed Banner of War to publish PLC professionally - you can see the beautiful counter artwork in the latest image - so for the 4-year duration of our contract, its/my crude dtp version will NOT be free on my CoatneyHistory webpage to print off and play.
