Board Game
Gregs Tagebuch: Eier Matsch
By Jeff Kinney · Art by Jeff Kinney
Nobody wants to be holding the egg (= an egg-shaped, battery-powered timer) when it cracks. To get rid of it, the active player has to name a word that fits a category from the current card, e.g. "pizza toppings". He/she then passes it on to the next player or returns it to the player he/she got it from. The player who is holding the egg when it makes a cracking sound loses the current round. He/she gets the current topic card and starts a new round by turning over the top card from the stack. A player who has collected three cards is eliminated from the game. The game continues until there is only one player left. This player wins the game. If a player uses a word that another player has already used this round (and the other players notice), he has to keep the egg until he/she can think of another suitable word.
