6th century BC, China does not yet have a name and seven kingdoms are fighting the mandate of heaven: the right to rule over the rising empire. The game turn consists of nine phases. Those are moving priors, development, production, policy, recruitment, commercial, Science, movement (and battles), counts during the player move his game-pieces, take actions according the cards or draw tiles. During the counts, player must feed itself and pay the balance of forces. Each province not be able to eat or pay will receive a token of revolt. After 2 tokens of revolt, player loses that province. Also players earn civilization points during this phase. 1 point per province owned 1 point per occupied capital 1 point per level of development in most developed 1 point for general 3 points per wall funded -1 Point for each pair of tokens of revolt The game ends after one player has accumulated at least 50 points. Whoever has the most points wins.
