Issue game of Wargame Japanese History #13. Seinan Senso is a campaign level wargame of the Satsuma Rebellion (1877). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satsuma_Rebellion Designer's note writes that the game was designed with reference to basic engine of Paths of Glory and deck building concept from Dominion. Players control either imperial Japanese Army or Rebels of Satsuma Domain. Players manage military operation and resources represented by the card. The winner is determined by the collapse of morale. Morale will be reduced by the difference of the holding number of important spaces. Satsuma Domain player will also win that morale will not collapse until the final turn.
