Turtle In Turtle Out

A memory game for small children (Ages 3 - 6). After spinning a disk to determine if the turtle is In or Out, the player decides the color of the shell (s)he is looking for. If correct, the winner gets a token returned, the turtle back upside down and the next player gets to try. There is also a shuffle circle which can be swapped with any of the face down turtles.
