Cartel: The International Oil Game

In CARTEL: The International Oil Game, you try to become the wealthiest player, and therefore, the winner. You will try to invest in oil fields throughout the world, and sell any crude oil that you obtain for the most profit. The first player to obtain ten million petro-dollars in cash is the winner of the game. Note: This is not the same thing as the Philip Orbanes game Cartel.
