From the publisher: Phase 10 gets a sleek, modern design and unique game play! Enjoy the rummy-like card game you've come to love but with an exclusive twist! With Phase 10 MOD, the Phase to be completed is specific to EACH player. Complete the Phase to get to the next hand but if you don't, you'll have to try, try again! -- Phase 10 is a game similar to rummy where players race to finish all ten "phases." The phases are completed by collecting sets of numbered cards, runs of numbered cards and finally flushes of the same color. The first player to complete their own personal tenth phase is the winner. In the case of a tie, the player with the fewest total points is the winner. If there is still a tie, the tied players play out their own tenth phase again, with the first player to go out winning. The new additions in this MOD version are: An attractive, yellow plastic travel case and four "Phase Reference Cards" randomly dealt to every player, each with a different order of phases. The phases themselves remain the same, but the order in which the players attempt them varies card by card.
